Terms of Service
Last updated: June 11, 2026
These terms govern your use of the GhostWorld Discord application ("the Bot"), operated by Ghost World Gaming ("we", "us"). By adding, interacting with, or otherwise using the Bot, you agree to these terms.
The service
The Bot operates within the Ghost World Gaming Discord server to post release announcements and to convert community bug reports into tracked development issues. It is provided to support our games and community.
Acceptable use
- Use the Bot only for its intended purpose — reporting issues, receiving announcements, and related community features.
- Do not submit unlawful, abusive, hateful, harassing, or infringing content, spam, or malware through the Bot or its channels.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Bot or the systems it connects to.
- You are responsible for the content you submit and for following Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
Content you submit
Content you submit through the Bot (such as bug-report posts) may be stored in our private development tracker, acted upon, quoted in related issues, and retained as development history, as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential information you do not want recorded.
Availability and changes
The Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Bot or any of its features at any time, and we may update these terms as the Bot evolves.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ghost World Gaming is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Bot.
Termination
We may restrict or remove access to the Bot for anyone who violates these terms or misuses the service.
